Overnight guests can park on the 3 floor of the garage attached to the hotel for $18 per car per night with unlimited in and out access.
Upon arrival, guests are advised to park in hotel's 15 minute temporary parking right outside lobby doors so they can unload and get checked in. At that time, the front desk will also supply each car with a parking pass to place in their dashboard so they can park on the 3rd floor.

1st or 3rd Floor
Day or event guests can park on the 1 floor of the garage attached to the hotel for no charge. There may be signage saying hotel guests can not park on 1 floor but that applies to overnight guests.
If all of the 1 floor spots are taken, then guests can park on the 3 floor at no charge. The hotel's front desk will buzz their car in when they get to the gate to access the higher floors.

Directly attached to the hotel is a limited numbers of spots reserved for Marriott Bonvoy Members that are Platinum status or higher. These spots are available to overnight guests only and are $18 per car per night with unlimited in and out access.
Upon arrival, guests can park in any applicable available spots then get their parking pass to place in their dashboard from the hotel's front desk.
The portico also offers a top-of-the-line Jule electric car charging station that can accommodate any type of electric vehicle and offers super charge speeds. Prevailing rates apply and guests can pay with any major credit card at the charging station.

The hotel offers complimentary offsite bus and motorcoach parking through hotel's partner venues located in Edgewater Harbor.
The location can accommodate multiple vehicles and is just a quick 2 minute walk from the hotel without having to go on any main streets.
This parking is reserved for groups and events that book with the hotel and is fully coordinated through the sales team.
